This recent PPC campaign for a travel site is a great example of what professional PPC management can do — and, more specifically, what I can do, thank you very much!

  • Click-through-rate (CTR): Within the first three months of running the campaign, I increased the CTR – the rate at which people click on the ad to go to the site – by 573%. (Yes. Really.)
  • Conversion tracking: They were not monitoring conversion (leads & sales), so I implemented conversion tracking, optimized the site to help convert visitors into leads, and within the first six weeks the conversion ratio was already tracking at 12.12%.
  • Cost-per-click (CPC) : Meanwhile, by improving the quality of the ads, I reduced the CPC – which varies according to Google’s proprietary algorithm – by 37.6%.
  • Impressions: Impressions (the number of times an ad is viewed) dropped by half, which means I was successfully able to target the ads so that they show only where they actually count.
